I posted a guarantee state close to the end-of the guarantee time (but nonetheless within it) and just obtained a follow-up mail stating that I'd be assisted quickly. While it became obvious that no body had any purpose of assisting me, I posted another state. To date I've completed this 4 occasions and today I obtain no reaction whatsoever. The lasers Technology Lasers offers are 10 times the buying price of these available on eBay, but last only two times as long.
