Apparently went thru, or stumbled across their website to find a friends info? Got charged $19.95 where my final tally said $. 99 for todays charge, todays maybe

I was looking on the internet for a lost friends address, and came across a few examples of companies that claimed they had the info i wanted. Finally got what i was looking for thru intelious for 99 cents, so there should not have been any other charges, i received no other info, nor authorized any other company to charge our account for any amount of money, when our statement came there was a $19.95 charge from idprotect, i called the phone #, but not available on weekends, i will try again on a week day! For my refund
this incident occured on august 6th (the charge went thru)
