I placed an order over the internet with Tri-Clear for my daughter in November and had to give them my credit card info. From that point on, I received a charge on my debit card for $1.00, then a week later for $19.95. At first, I thought it may have been a book or computer supplies and after three months went over my statements and called Triclear, who informed me that Todays' Escapes is one of their sponsors and gave me a number to call.
Apparently, when I gave Triclear my credit card info, Today's escapes was able to pirate it and put me on a monthly debit plan. I cancelled my orders with Triclear and will not use them again either. Unfortunately, since this was on my bank card it is harder to resolve than a credit card and I now have to cancel the card and get a new one.
When I finally reached a very nasty person at Todays' Escapes, they said they would remove my from the system, but they did not. I would like to know what I need to do to report these people so they are permanently shut down.
