DO NOT TRUST My Computer Wiz! This business is run by two college students, who are looking to maximum hours during their visit so they can make the most money as possible. Nouhoum Cisse took advantage of the situation and claimed that XP would be better than Vista since he had it on hand. A real tech professional said that Vista is a MUST for my laptop since it's designed to run on Vista. My Vista CD was no good and needs to be replaced. But he didn't want to leave with $50 bucks, so he end up charging me $130 for 3 hours by installing XP and mislead me. He didn't even ask me if I want to go with XP. Then, he tried to leave half hour early (2 1/2 hours instead of full 3 hours) when I still have software that needs to be installed. I was not impressed with his service at all. And quality wise, XP is not as good as Vista. Any real tech professional would tell you that! I would strongly recommend that you go with someone like Geek Squad. The Geek Squad's employees are not profit orientated since they are being paid by the hour and would be upfront with you right away about your problems. Their service is based on each problem, not by the hour. Also, I would give other businesses a chance. But STAY AWAY from My Computer Wiz. I demanded $80 dollars refund, but Nouhoum Cisse refused to refund me and ignored my emails.
