Attempted ripoff using downloaded Trojan dial up device consumer (censored) ripoff deceptive company Norcross Georgia

I received a bill from a company called Alyon Technologies in March dated a week previous in February for $171.15. Upon looking into this I contacted AOL immediately who worked with me. We discovered that my 15 year old son who has very limited Internet access (parental controlled), had received an e-mail disguised as a sales add. Upon opening the e-mail it went to a porn site which requested his age to be verified and then a credit card. He then clicked off the site, obviously not having a credit card or being eighteen for that matter.
I called the 800 number provided by Alyon Technologies.

I was met with a rude combative call taker named Teresa. She told me point blank that someone had to have connected to the site from my residence in order for me to get the bill. I explained that my son was on at the time he is 15 with limited internet access and could not get to any type site. I also advised he was using a non-published phone line for Internet connection to AOL. I was concerned as how they were able to get my name and address in order to send the bill. She replied it's your problem we have ways so send us proof of his age and the company may look into it.

I advised Teresa that I live in Virginia and was well aware of the law pertaining to computer trespass. She became more inflamed and admitted that her company was a collection agency for a Porn Site from New Jersey. I realized at that point, I was getting nowhere and terminated the conversation. I then contacted my good friend who heads up the Fairfax County VA. Police Computer Forensic Crimes unit. I explained what had happened and he as had the AOL account manager pointed out that at one point my connection to AOL was broken and a dialer took over calling up the porn site four times within fifteen minutes. The porn company disguised an e-mail, which enabled this program to open. My Computer Detective buddy also advised me to complain for investigative purposes to the IFCCFBI, which investigates (censored) on the Internet.

I was also instructed on how to rid the computer of the trojan device which I was able to trap actually five of them after using a program he had me download. I did in fact write a certified letter to Alyon Technologies with a copy of my sons Athletic ID attached. I have not received any reply from them since. My concern is how many others do not take the steps I do and actually pay such (censored)
