Mr. Cioffi met with me to learn more about my business. He expressed an interest in me personally and we became friends. He told me that I needed a new website and he would create one for me at no charge to "help me out". I gave him the information to put this website under my domain name - he never did.instead, he bought a similar domain name and posted the website with my picture and everything. I have no access to this site and he is selling the leads to my competitors. I have sent several communications asking him to cease and desist. I also communicated that he has no right to use my image or information, however he has disregarded my communication and basically told me to pound sand. He is arrogant and basically informed me in no uncertain terms that he will do whatever he wants with my information. This guy is a total con artist and scammer and should be put behind bars.
