Premier Partners Distributing, Inc. Goes by many names. As was stated by another writer, they are very, very shady. Mr. Patrick Cioffi, Jr. Has a very long history of trademark infringement (Baby Scrub v. Premier Partners) and many other issues too numerous to list here. You can look them up on public records.
PPDI continues to violate my patents, trademarks and copyrights even after a cease and desist letter was sent to them.
Call the names listed on the court records and you will find that this company has a dark shady story attached to it. It is all public record.
