I sent several phones to this company over two weeks ago. Still not received. Unresponsive to emails. Spoke with Fountain Valley police department today. They are well aware of this companies questionable dealings. Basically, the told me that this company skirts problems by doing dishonest and fraudulent things that are not illegal. Contrary to popular American belief, there are many dishonest things in this Country that can be done to people where there is not any law in place to protect you. The "anyone who cheats you can go to jail" process is just not true. Whenever send someone something by your own choice, you are basically screwed. The only recourse you have is to sue them in civil court. That's right, you can cheat people and get away with it. That's our legal system. You have been lied to all these years. You are not COMPLETELY and TOTALLY protected as you've been led to believe. Exercise some street smarts is basically what you need to be doing.
In any case, this guy is a scam... Nothing he says is believable. Oh well. Win some, lose some. Karma is its own justice. Good luck Lonnie.
