Hello, i'm very glad that i can remit my report against these so called companies named ibuyphones. I received an padded envelope to remit my cellphones in, along with some sort of customer number written on the righthand side of the envelope, which supposed to had been a tracking number. I sent them 2 cellphones and it's been over 60 days and i've yet heard a word from them. I never received an email stating nothing. I'm very hurt over this situation because i'm an handicap person who was hoping for a financial miracle from ibuyphones. They claim that they would look at your cellphones and within 30-days they would email you with an answer. I couldn't even find a telephone or email address to speak with customer service "if there is one". Whatever you do, watch out for these crooks named ibuyphones. I've notified television news, bbb and the attorney generals office. I want them to know that god don't like ugly and aint too likely on cute.
