The online casino entices you to their website by offering casino credits. However, you have to read the fine print. They require you to use your cash over forty-five times before you can actually cashout. Also, when you need to withdraw your funds, it's worse than applying for a mortgage. They want you to send them 3 different ideas... Bank statement, credit card, driver's license before they even begin processing the refund. Afterwards, it takes 21 days to get a refund and they will charge you $25.00 processing charge.

My complaint is... When you go to the cashier to deposit funds, the page frequently gets stuck. You have to be very careful when you type in the amount you want to deposit. I typed in $50.00 and it showed that amount on the confirmation screen. However, when I printed the confirmation out, $550.00 was withdrawn from my account.

I called customer service to have the $500.00 credited back to my account. Since they consider this a withdraw, you are forced to follow the withraw guidelines. This is the most ridiculous mess I have ever experienced.

I find it ironic that they are efficient and have no problems processing your deposits. However, when it comes to crediting your account, they become irrational and ridiculous.

I spoke with the supervisor, Bayle, and she told me that it's not golden casino's fault that I did not pay more attention to what I was doing. Basically, they have a callous and arrogant attitude when it comes to refunding customers money.

I contacted my local bank and informed them of what had happened. I then called Ms. Bayle back and informed her that I had contacted my bank and they were investigating the transaction. Suddenly, she became offensive and informed me since I called my back, she was closing my account. I found that very interesting...

I have learned a great deal from using online gambling. My advice, "do not make that mistake." If you enjoy gambling, go to the 'real' casinos.
