My heart fair near fell on the floor when I saw the transaction debited from my account. To make it the worst, I was now overdrawn which created a $35.00 NSF, also automatically deducted. Thank the Lord for for consumer complaints. I came directly to this sight and sure enough... There were more.

I immediately called my bank, described the situation and was told to come directly to the bank and someone would help me.

Before I went, I copied off the one report to take with me as proof I wasn't the only one. I also called the 1-800 number and spoke to a customer? Service Representative. Now this is where it gets 'VERY' (pardon the capitols) sticky folks. And I need to stress this point to everyone. The individual I spoke with was in INDIA. (Again, please pardon the capitals) I was very angry, very terse and I had to talk this poor man down. I had to make myself as understood as possible and that I was not going to give in. I had an answer for every, I mean 'every', response he read off a paper. What I had to do was make sure this poor man had no choice but to attempt to give me to a supervisor. He tried more than once but was refused (by the supervisor).

Finally, after leaving the phone 3 times, he said he would file a report with the Corporate Office... I should hear from them within 24 hours by e-mail or phone. I told him to also either tell his supervisor or to put in his report that 'first', I was going to my Bank, they would file a report and also persue the matter as however they do.

Next I was contacting the Better Business Bureau in Seminole Florida and I was also contacting the authorities. (There are also several Internet Marshalls that can be contacted and they will run investigations.) And that I was also going to report this online to as many places as I could to warn other victims. To finish this matter, this poor man gave me my cancellation #and reference # so many times, I knew he was very afraid. I was satisfied I had done my part to help him out of a very critical, strenuous situation and began to cool my jets.

What we all need to realize is that the folks in India, taking these calls are in a very critical spot. Please don't think me crazy when I say it could mean life and death to these people. They do not have the satisfaction of making demands as we do. To them this is a job that will feed their family or allow their family to starve if their job is lost. They are expected to do, read and say only what is on paper and find a way to process the problem without letting their own conscience get in the way and to earn their trivial wage by being as cold, unconscionable and heartless as their crooked employers. When they cannot and do not, the consequences for them can be very severe.

I ended my call by apologizing to him, asking for his understanding of my plight which in turn assurred him, I knew his and had done my best to take the result off of his shoulders. When I said "God bless you Sir.", his gracious reply was the same. That to, put him in a dangerous place but I believe from one Christian to another, we shared a deeper understanding.

What we HAVE to do is go after the creeps in Florida that use these poor people as less than slaves to do their dirty work and continue to get away with it. I am shocked this goes on and on by crooks in this country, using the less fortunate in third world countries. No India is not considered a 3rd world any longer but I would imagine; there, just as in so many others, it depends upon how high you are on the "Social ladder" as to how an individual is viewed, used, abused and dictated to.

Please folks... Heed my words. We can save each other a lot of grief, heartache and worry, not to say the least. Money... With a site such as this but we also must attempt to be our brothers keeper when the employees may be victims just as much as we.
