Mountain Systems Inc., DX-Consulting, Ed Dixon
Took my money but won't send the software CD. No reply to emails or phone calls

Mountain Systems is a software company located at 425 Winterham Drive Abingdon, Virginia 24211 owned by Mr. Ed Dixon. Mr. Dixon also owns DX-Consulting and may be connected with NetAccess Inc. I had been a customer of Mountain Systems since mid 2000.in late 2005 I ordered and paid for, $54.95 by way of credit card, a CD upgrade to Mountain Systems current version of their Call Audit Pro software. I have never received this CD. I have called and emailed Mr. Dixon countless times over this time span but have never received any reply, refund or CD. All I know is this is extremely bad behavior for any business and is most likely a criminal offence.
