Was to send me a cd for grant funds and did not get it. So i called and ask for my money back. They said that it was not refundable. So i ask my bank if there was a charge other than $1.98 and they said that there was a $3.73 for internet fee and they where trying to put a charge for $69.95 for membership fee. Ask the bank to denie the charge for 69.95 and my bank did but if i wont the money back for the other i need to call the companty.
