Took money from my account on May 3rd and I never heard from them again

I ordered the at home typers program and pd. $49.95 on May 3rd, But never heard from them again. Tried to contact them but no success.
Need to have my money back and close any ties with this company.

I would really be appreciative if you could help me with this case.
