After reading through the website and paying close attention to the Refund Policy, I sent my money. After that, there was no one available to answer any questions as to how to get started. After two weeks, I requested a refund using the email I was given when I first signed up. Three weeks later, it was returned to me "unread."
I have tried to get in touch with this company several times to request my money back but no one will answer emails and there is no phone number or address available.
I am reporting them to the BBB and anyone else I can think of as they are stealing money through false advertising. Hopefully, others will be smarter than me and check more thoroughly before sending money to Sam Mason or At-Home-Typers. It's just a shame they can get away with thievery for so long with no reprisals or punishment for the harm they have committed against others.
