On Dec. 3 i ordered a pair of jeans from the website, they were said to be available. Dec. 5 i got an e-mail confermation stating my order had been shipped, they also charged my account the money for the jeans. Dec. 7 i got an email stating that the item i ordered wasnt't in stock, call them to place a new order. I called Dec. 7th asking why i had recieved an email saying the non existant jeans had been shipped 2 days earlier. The girl Rebecca told me that they're policy was that they don't charge customers accounts unless the items are available and it must have been a mistake, she was going to speak to her supervisior Mr. David Young about expiditing my money back imediately. I called a week later to follow up and was told it takes 15-30 business days for my account to be credited. Now it's January 23 and i have no money and no jeans, and when i called today the young man told me my account had not even been credited yet. I am upset, not so much because of the money but because everyone i spoke to was nasty and clueless.
