Beware all!!! I called the company thinking as a single mom this would be a great way to earn some extra money and from the very 1st contact they have scwered me. I paid them the inital 39.99 plus S&H. I got the welcome packet and all info on how this would be the best start up business ever.
Called and decied I was going to do this so I authorized them to charge my card for the $595.00 on a specific date as this card was linked to my checking account, 1st issue they charged the card earlier than requested and when I call just to get them to cancel until the requested date because they had cause me to have $300 plus in NSF fees they said they would so I assumed it was going to be handled and I had talked to my bank and had worked it out that if they cancelled before it posted I would be fine and they would refund me the fees,
Well 3 days past and the charge posted so I call my coach back and he informed me after hanging up with me he tried his best but they would not do a refund and they don't do refunds even thou I was only asking that they correct there error. So now I am very upset and I figure I am going to go ahead and try to work this business just to recop what I had lost when low and hehold a week later I see a 29.99 charge on my account and then the next day a charge for $275.00.
The 29.99 was for web hosting fee which I was ok with as I was told I needed that for the website, however the $275.00 was to pay out the membership rather than to pay overtime which I had already said I would rather do. They put some guy on the and asked me if I wanted to pay the account out and I said no, he said I will give you a deal and extend this offer to you for about two weeks and if you decide to pay it out it the option was there for me to choose at this time.
Well when I say the charge on my account and called them on they told me I had agreed to this and it was recorded as they record you conversation which was fine, however when I kept disputing I did not give me permission to charge my card they would not let me hear the recorded conversation as I requested several times... And did I meantion that the onlin store that they set you up with you can only make puchases if you have a gift card which was another thing the neglected to tel me until after they had my money...
SO PLEASE BEWARE of SMC they are very forth comming and they don't believe if REFUND no matter if there at fault or not... Don"t trust them.
