I too have become another victim of ecurrencyarbitrage.com. To be honest I don't know if the whole program is a scam, I think it is possible. Unfortunately my circumstances changed and I cannot take part in the program. Thus I requested for a refund.
The following occurred.
1. I posted a ticket and got a response with instructions how to get a refund. The RMA number etc.
2. Sent the package back, and since then have heard nothing. I have proof of delivery also via online tracking.
3. I have sent in multiple tickets asking them to confirm they received my package, but NO RESPONSE.
4. I guess they're smart enough to get the packages back and THEN ignore you!
What's funny is that they said via email that you have to claim the 30 day guarantee WITHIN 30 days, which means they should receive the package within 30 days of you ordering it. Considering it took me 2 week to receive it (I'm not in USA), I was lucky to meet their "deadline".
Another question that comes to mind is, why do I have to forfeit the shipping charges I paid? I paid for it, I paid to send the package back, so give me my original shipping amount back too!

I've been chasing your team / service tickets for the past 2 weeks and all they do is close the tickets without responding. And this is after choosing Critical level for the tickets! How rude! How sad!
