Deceptive practices:
1. Misrepresented the price - sticker had $1200 retail. Reduced it "just for me" to $870
2. Misrepresented the software the system came with. Told me it came with MS Office. Turned out to be a trial version and the edition would have to be purchased at full price after 60 days.
3. Misrepresented returns - there are none. Told me if something goes wrong just bring it back.
4. Made me sign an invoice AFTER they ran my credit card that says in fine print on the bottom "no refund on credit card" "no cash refund"
5. Misrepresented value for money - was assured it was a great price. Amazon had the item that night for $349.
6. Built in Web cam did not work.
