Our Company is seeking for a PR Manager. This position is responsible for managing multiple public relations projects, reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Public Relations. Responsibilities include leading PR campaigns, coordinating global product PR efforts, creation and implementation of strategic goals and plans for Cap com products and working closely with both gaming and consumer media. Tight connections within the gaming media is a plus, but a strong product PR background is a must. The candidate must have 4 - 6 years of PR experience with a strong media relations background pitching games and/or consumer entertainment stories to mainstream and gaming enthusiast press, excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects.
Responsibilities:
# Overseeing coordination of international PR activities with colleagues in Europe and Japan
# Communicating and responding quickly and efficiently to all media inquires.
# Writing and pitching press releases.
# Working closely with Capcom Japan marketing staff and developers
# Managing and growing media database
# Developing, coordinating and managing global public relations campaigns and related activities that sustain a specific image for our core games and cultivates media support for products.
# Planning and executing PR activities such as product launches, press tours, and trade shows/conferences.
# Maintaining and expanding relationships with a broad range of media.
# Conducting media tours and press interviews with producers to support publicity efforts.
