Well, it appears I'm just one of the many people that got ripped off by this company. My dad was on the computer and he doesn't speak English so they had an easier time of installing it, and I've even heard that it pops up in a foreign language!!! I wasn't even in the house at the time, plus I would never install a dialer on my computer since I've known about them for a long time.
There is a definition of these viruses at pestcontrol.com, so that when you type in "Alyon" in search, a definition comes on
as follows: "a trojan that dials toll numbers without user awareness or permission."
They will not see any money from us. I am disputing the charges and I suggest everybody do the same. Also, I have filed a complaint with the FBI (ifccfbi. Gov) and The Internet (censored) Watch (fraud.org) and they have forwarded it to local, state and federal agencies.

I am very much interested in being a part of a lawsuit since it seems the best way of getting any kind of results, and I'm not sure what Alyon will do to a person's credit history.
