Ripped off on restaurant POS

I paid for a new POS system for my restaurant and after a few months and several lies I have recieved 2 used monitors and a used cpu. I did not recieve what I paid for which includes multi user license restaurant pro express software. Don't be taken in by this slick talkig POS*@!
