I located Bruce Bell selling 2 General Admission tickets to a Bruce Springsteen concert for May 23.
After some contact via email, and receiving a supposed scan of the alleged tickets, I wired $200 to Bruce Bell at his Crestview Florida address on Thursday May 21.
Bruce Bell promised to FEDEX the concert tickets to me Thursday May 21, for receipt Friday May 22.
No tickets arrived on Friday Mah 21. I emailed and called Bruce Bell numerous times, asking for the tracking number, and Bruce Bell offered various excuses via email - he never called - stating that he "left the tracking slip on his desk at work" and "had not returned to his office" since.
By Saturday is it was evident no tickets would arrive.
On Saturday May 23, Bruce Bell emailed to say he had "filled out the FEDEX slip incorrectly" as his excuse for not having received the tickets, and further promised to send repayment for $200 plus approximately $33 in Western Union charges.
He failed to send this repayment on Saturday May 23, then stated he had "forgotten that Monday was Memorial Day" and would send the check certified USPS on Tuesday May 25.
No check has ever arrived. Bruce Bell has taken money for tickets he never produced and has not refunded said money as stated he would.
