Found a charge on our american Express bill for Juno Online Services for 14.95. Called the tel.# on statement. Conact person took our info and said they had no record of our name or credit card #. This went on for over an hour, being transfered to other #'s or on hold. Never got an answer how they got our credit card # or how to cancel something we never ordered. Going back to American Express to file a dispute about the charge right now. Good Luck to all of us who this happens too. Better Business Bureau will hear too.
