After purchasing (Nero 9) and having no success downloading the product into my new computer, both from the disc or from nero's website; I contacted Nero customer support— (multiple times over several days). Simply put this was a nightmare. They were abrasive and abrupt, not exibiting patience or concern with my achieving success with their product. They were more intereted with getting me to go to their pay site in order to receive technical help. This is obviously their scam set-up!
Ultimately, to add insult to injury, I requested to speak to a supervisor to discuss returning their merchandise... I'm still waiting to hear from the supervisor, whom I was told was "out to lunch." Ninety-five dollars and numerous headaches later (not to mention the wasted hours—cumulatively easily over twenty), and I have nothing to show for the money I gave Nero.
More than the money loss however, is the lack of respect and interest in resolving my matter to a useful conclusion. This outfit is blatantly arrogant, and deceitful, and I'd recommend spending more money to purchase a competing product before giving consideration to buying any Nero merchandise.
