Patrasys is fraud do not use business e-commerce.
My name is michael k and i have a online shopping cart web site and i had patrasys as a online payment section for shopping cart. I have about 1000 euros in the account and i have tried to transfer 300.00 pounds to my account in ireland since march its now may and nothing transfered to my account.
I have no contact with patrasys no support they dont answer the telephone nothing. Now before you think ok this company has just made a mistake or i have, they contacted me and told me that they pass onto there accounts deptment, that was last month, since then nothing.
If your thing of using these people beware i would look into paypal first or any other online shopping cart first. Try to call patrasys first you will see they never answer the telephone then call paypal on the phone you will see the difference.
The only reason im writing this report is that patrasys will contact me on the web site and correct there mistakes and prove me wrong, not holding my breath on that.
So business people be warned dont use patrasys at all for anything
