Items purchased via internet, and Patrasys was the suppliers chosen third-party payment system.
Goods provided turned out to be counterfeit and the web-site fraudulent.
Patrasys advertise 'buyer protetion, yet despite my trying to contact them, both by e-mail (to every e-mail address found on their web-site) and by telephone, one number simply goes to a mailbox and I receive the message 'this mailbox is full' and the other number appears to be disconnected.
Have confirmed registered office with companies house, so if I continue not to hear back from Patrasys, I guess legal action will be the only way to proceed.
I would welcome any contact from a representative of this company with an explanation.
