I'm not sure where to begin but let me just say "Rip-Off"! Do not do business with these guys. The sales person Adam Bilter was very convincing on how well clientscontactyou.com was doing using their own marketing system saying "this system works, how do you think you found us"? What a joke. (Note: Don't get me wrong, I know pay per click works for a lot of businesses, I have a friend doing PPC and he's doing good.)
While I was on the phone with Adam, he supposedly did some keyword research on Google and looked at my competition and the whole nine yards. He tells me there is little competition and that clicks were "around a dollar a click". After working with their pay per click manager I find out clicks were more like $7 a click, right there I should have known something was wrong.
But it was too late. Like an idiot, I ran with the campaign anyway to see if we could make something happen. Unfortunately, once you receive one email lead, clientscontactyou.com have met their obligations and they will not give you a refund. When they refused to give me a refund, I asked for my website and PPC campaign turned over to me and they wanted me to pay them additional money for that! I couldn't believe it!
Be warned, stay way clear of these guys, they will tell you anything just to take your money. Not every business model is meant to do pay per click and I feel they are not honest about telling you that just so they can take the money.
