We ordered, paid and never received our order. Even after numerous phone calls, faxes and emails. Guangdong Canton

We placed several orders, back to back, and the company said we needed to pay in full since they don't have a credit system there in china.

Our delivery date came and went. We telephoned numerous times, but nobody seemed to speak Enghish.
We then emailed and faxed many times, but with no reply.
