On 20th November I ordered a Sony PSP Playstation Portable I received an Invoice immediately and an order id#14834 but no delivery date.
On 24th November I emailed asking for delivery date and on 26th November I received an email saying delivery would be about 2 weeks from Lynn this email also stated that I had plced my order in the last couple of days so I telephoned and spoke to Kevin, he then emailed me on the 29th November saying exactly the same as Lynn.
By the 2nd December I had received 4 email all word for word the same.
I have since telephoned many times and have received numerous different delivery dates the final one being 12th January
PSP still not arrived tried to contact Mydv today, 'phones not working - web site not operating
Money taken from my credit card in November should have been 169.95 actually took 174.80 - I made this point during one of my 'phone calls and was told the overcharge would be refunded - it hasn't
Where do I go now to get my money back?
