My complaint is almost identical to complaint from "Anonymous, Walnut Creek, CA" Received phone call from SMTN sales rep who told me of company's services. I gave her my credit card info for a charge of $1148 for 1 sales ad and 2 rental ads. I received written forms by email requiring my signature and information on my properties. The forms which stated their services did not represent what Cincotta had claimed. I then did a websearch on SMTN and found numerous complaints a BBB rating of C-. I called back Cincotta that same day stating I was not signing the forms and to refund my money. They refused to refund. Then they placed ads on their site supposedly representing my properties. Since I had not given them my timeshare specifics the ads were totally false.
I have filed a dispute through my credit card company. I have also filed complaints with the BBB, the NH attorney general and the FTC. I am currently searching for lawyers or a firm willing to file a class action suit against these frauds. They need to be put out of business and pay major penalties for cheating hundreds of people out of millions of dollars (amount is assumed from reports of their profits).
