Don't use Swagvault unless you want to lose your money. After placing an order, I received nothing and received the following e-mail when I pressed them on the issue (yeah, they are really victims here, aren't they?):
Bliz has updated the in-game mail system, sometimes your orders of WOW-US Gold cannot be received in your mailbox after we have made delivery. So if you could not take the gold out of your mailbox in time, it's very likely that Bliz took your gold away without any notice once you're offline. Plz contact the GM or Bliz and they may help restore your gold.
Hope for your understanding on this because we are also the victims.
