I answered an ad from a reputable online classified listing. When i called it was a company not an individual so i bought the compter, it was told to me it had windows xp and office 2003... It had niether. So $ 300. Was not a good deal for a laptop that was non functionable to me. The company said that it was shipped with that software in it and i must have deleted it when i turned it on, i thimk not i was born at night but not last night. Next time i will buy from a major retail store not a strip mall store.
