Saw computer in store running 3-D and XP operating system. When computer was delivered, it had only VGA card, not SVGA or 3-D, and was running Windows 98 in 16 colors with optional monochrome mode.
The computer, an HP, had a portion of its hard disk reserved for backup of original software. All original software erased but manufacturer tag and Microsoft tag still on side showed what the machine was originally. Store claimed they lost the reboot disk. Store took the computer back but I am waiting for my refund. Store not concerned with the gutted computer and tried to tell me it came that way.
