On 2-29-08 I paid $2,178.40 for laptop and still have not received anything or my free gifts. On 8-12-08 I talked to a person named John and he siad it will be shipped on 8-22-08. On 9-15-08 I talked to a lady and she said it will be shipped on 9-18-08.
On 10-20-08 I talked to person named Joseph and he said it was shipped on 10-15-08 and I should have received it already and I told him I had not and he said to wait 15 days and it should be there. On 11-17-08 I talked to person named Akelee's and I got the shipping code and everything from him and when I called FedEx with the number it said a Sue Rama signed for it and it was also shipped to the wrong address but I keep on being told by your people that I should have it and a Sue Janysek signed for it which I do not know of a Sue janysek.
I was told by FedEx that the shipper was the one that sent it to the wrong address and they need to call so there can be an investigation started. I called and told them about it and they said I have the laptop why should there be an investigation. I called on 12-8-08 because I still didn't have my laptop which I was hoping to have before Christmas but I see that will not happen because a company can not make sure packages are sent to the right address before being shipped and now I still wil have to be arguing with incompetent personnel that you have answering the phones like i was arguing with a person named FRANCOIF on 12-8-08.
This person kept on telling me that I have the laptop and I told him no it was shipped to 950 University but to 1241 North Johnson and he told me why I had it shipped to 1241 North Johnson when it should have been shipped to University St. And I told him you'll did it not me and that you'll should start an investigation and he said we had it shipped to the University address. We kept on arguing and I kept on getting louder.
I told him I need to get in touch with the president of the company or somebody that was more qualified than him and he said he was not allowed to give numbers out and I told him you'll have a problem here and I have to the lowest class people this company has well this is not much of a company. If I cannot receive my laptop then I will get in touch with a lawyer and we will go from there with my lawyer doing the talking and your personnel doing the listening.
I cannot aford a lawyer at this time because my house burned down on Christmas Day in 2007 and I am using the money to fix up my house. I had insurance and it covered most of it after I pulled my money out of 457 and 401K. I called back on 12-29-08 and I talked to person named Frez and he told me to get in touch with a lawyer because this is the only way this will get resolved. I do not want my laptop or free gifts any more just my money plus interest plus compensation for having to deal with incompetent personnel which I figure should be around $100,000.00 for as many times I had to deal with your lower class personnel instead of sending this to upper managment when they knew there was a problem when a person calls around eight times and it is still not resolved.
I called back on 1-12-09 and talked to a person named Hugo and he just told me the same thing. I have tried to be nice about this but I guess that doesn't work and I would also like for you'll to stop advertising this on TV. This has not been reported to the Credit Burea like you'll say on TV and the phone. Thank You
