False charge on my phone bill

I recieved my verizon phone bill and had an additional charge for an additional provider for 30.60 that is not an additional provider.

I have never heard of this company OAN.

I am very upset that verizon would take part in such a scam and if I do not get satisfaction verizon will no longer be my online provider.
