I too thought I could do what they told me. I made a few calls, sent a few emails and did some faxing, but got no response what-so-ever.
I then discovered RIP OFF and immediately packed up the software and sent it back. Knowing I probably wouldn't hear from them, I promptly called www.paysystems.com. They issued a full refund for me last Wednesday, and it wasn't very hard to do.in fact, just to make sure, I did verify it through my credit card company.
I will now use usacomplaints.com anytime I am considering anything. Good luck to those of you still trying to get your money back. And if anyone new is reading this, do it within the 30 day window.
