My bill keeps going up but I pay above my minimum payments before the due date

This company has been screwing me over for years I have probably paid 3 times above what my computer actually costs. My bill is 1500.00 when a year ago it was 1000.00. I make my payments on time and pay my bills. I can't get a person on the line to help me.
