Don't do offers or pay for lunchmoney

I have been writing them the past month now to get the lunchmoney that I did 2 offers for and still haven't received it and just last week I paid 9.99 for some of the lunchmoney and they never gave me the lunchmoney I paid for I am constantly fighting with them to get the lunchmoney and still haven't received it!
