I ordered the acai berry detox, which was a trial offer that required only the cost of shipping & handling. You must decide in 15 days if you like the product or send what is left to receive a refund. I received the product on 4/1 and the full amount of $87.13 was taken from my account on 4/13 (From the title Topberry colon health).
To send what's left, you must call to get a RMA #. The # that is on the original site (Which I can no longer open) was 1-866-949-0138. The # on my bank account was 1-866-955-4110. When I attempted to call, the first prompt asks for your credit card #. After being skeptical of them, I did not feel comfortable with doing that (After reading other posts about being told the bottle could not be open to receive a refund, or they cannot guarantee a refund).
I decided to try and handle the situation via e-mail so I can make sure I have a paper trail. When I called one of the numbers above, there was a reference to www.myordersupport.com. I typed in that address, had to inquire about a password, which I don't remember issuing. When doing that, there was an option to cancel my order. I clicked on that option. There was no confirmation page indicating the cancellation was successful, nor was there an e-mail. I attempted to sign back on again and got a message that there was no account with that e-mail address. Hopefully that means it truly was cancelled.
In checking my account today, 4/28, I also received many charges from topberry colon health ($1.95 &$0.01 atm fee, $2.00 & $0.02 atm fee, and $83.18 & $0.83atm fee. It hasn't even been a month since my last charge. I am going to attempt to dispute this with my bank.
