Never received Amazon gift card: claims having problems

II won a $10 Amazon gift certif from Cashcrate last month (March) and never received it. Emailed support and they told me sometimes Amazon gift certif emails get lost through Yahoo addresses (inbox and spam). Now my main email is one from verizon.com, and any emails i get to that address, spam or otherwise, always gets filtered to my yahoo address and shows up. I've had this set up for sometime now and never had any problems getting any Amazon gift emails, confirmation emails, etc through any other gpts or otherwise before this.

So I had support change my CC email to my gmail one. I checked this morning and my account was set to the gmail address and i logged into my gmail account.

No Amazon gift emails.
Now in my inbox or spam folders.

I'm now really pissed off. I don't get how i can receive emails from Amazon or any other gpt site for offer confirmations, paypal payments, etc, but with Cashcrate, it has to be one problem (so they claim) after another. This is also the THIRD time I have not received my Amazon card from them on time, and first time i've been told to change my email by them, and i have been in contact with their support on this matter for the past few days and have emailed them 5 times already on this matter.
