Invalid $25 Amazon gift card - runaround, failure to replace card

I won a $25 Amazon Gift Card on July 31. QuiBids emailed me a gift card on August 2, but the claim code was invalid. I spoke with Amazon customer service and they told me the gift card had been "refunded" to the buyer and I would need to contact the buyer about it (QuiBids).

I contacted Quibids on August 2 and they said they would look into it. On August 10 I received the following response from QuiBids: "I am sorry you are experiencing problems with your Amazon cards! We have contacted Amazon about these cards and they are investigating the problem. They have notified us that they will give us an answer by the end of the week on what may be wrong with these cards. I can assure you that once we hear from Amazon we will resend these cards to you as soon as possible. I apologize for the confusion and the inconvenience. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do for you and have a great day. Sincerely, Cliff F., QuiBids Support."

It is now August 25 and I have not received any further communications or a valid gift card from QuiBids. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company.
