I signed up for a 6 month speical contract. I couldn't figure out how to use their sight and so cancelled it. Didn't think anything about it until i happen to look at my bank account online and found the charge of 186.43. Called them because I had totally forgot about what the company name was being i had never recived anything from them through email. They said it was a 35.00 cancellation fee. Told me that i could found any of this out in my control panel. Hum which part of i didn't understand the software to begin with and being I canelled it and thinking I no longer had account to sign into did they NOT understand. I did not recive any email form the time i cancelled not even a notification of renewal. If it wasn't for the fact I looked at my account on line i wouldn't have known about it until i had bonced something. As they admit there was NO activity on my account for the entire time made no defference. So not only did they get my money for the 6 months of not useing the account they now have taken 3 meals from my family... Be warned when you cancell your accounts online make sure you call and confirm. Because another thing she told me was just because i went on line and canelled my domain name doesn't mean i cancelled the web hosting I had to go into another spot to do that...
