Join, pay-then discover when it fails, you get no refund Jersey internet

As the title suggests, in order to download a file for your cellphone, you must first join and pay... Then when you discover rather quickly, that you cannot download anything... A request for refund is denied with a form letter by email, that explains in so many words, that they give no refund whatever for any reason at any time.
To cancel your membership is convoluted-and even if immediate... Still no refund. They tell you plainly. "sorry, Pal"..."we don't care" (in so many words)

I say in bold letters... Do not join. Go to one of the free sites.
