Has anyone heard of a company named: PAID TYPING, Inc., LLC. Well you're about to and you will hear alot more about this company in the near future. I am writing this to alert other people of another Work at Home Scam. The name of this Company is: Paid Typing, Inc., LLC, the CEO is Andrew Thurman. Their website is http://www.paidtyping. This company is affilated with none other than: Paid Response, CEO is Valerie Dawson, their website is: http://www.paidresponse (which we all know is a Scam)! Paid Typing is the sister company of Paid Response. Paid Response recruited their employees to sign up for Paid Typing which was scheduled to launch April 1. Today is April 25 and the stinking site still hasn't launched. The CEO of PaidTyping seems to have disappeared, he won't answer emails, won't respond to refunding the payments that people made a month ago. Approx 150 people signed up from Paid Response to work with Paid Typing and people paid anywhere from $60.00 to $100.00 (depending on where you live). There has been virtually NO COMMUNICATION about when we are to start working for this company, the emails that we have rec'd have been sent from Paid Response always promising, promising that we will get the info the next day - the next day comes, still nothing. Oh, it seems like the CEO of Paid Response, Valerie Dawson has also disappeared. Well, that's not exactly true. We were told by the GM at Paid Reponse that: 1) She had a personal loss, 2) She was stuck in a a storm, 3) She's having car problems, 4) her sister got sick, 5) Her dog ate her homework. Well #5 is not true-that was made up. I guess wherever she is they dont have phones, computers, writing paper, pens, pagers or cell phones. LOL The website at Paid Response is advertising FALSE data to recruit new ad typists. The products they are selling don't work (some of the employees at Paid Response have downloaded them & they have broken links, errors) DON'T BUY THEM! They advertise to sign up with PR that it is $59.99, it's Not it is:$69.99. (DON'T SIGN UP!) They advertise on the site: Paid Weekly (NOT, they are paying monthly, if they pay their employees at all) Their Income Testimonal page says $200-$400 per wk) Some people have been there over 3 months & maybe made $30.00. To get credit for your ads at Paid Response people now have to click on links 3 times so you can make a whopping 50 cents. Everywhere you go Paid Response is saturated on websites, how do you think you're going to make money doing this? I believe Paid Response now has over 10,000 employees (I think that number will start decreasing over time). Anybody new at PR you can only earn a maximum of $200.00/wk for the first 3 months. (if you can earn that at all) If you earn over that it goes into a reserve & you get this after the 3 months. Yeah right what makes you think they are still going to be around after 3 months? There is supposed to be "Live Help" & a Message Board - which there is, but good luck getting an answer to a question (if they don't like your questions, no answers) Also if they don't like what you post in the Message Board it will be DELETED! Some of the employees at Paid Response haven't gotten paid for 2 months. The excuse is "I need funding in the EGold" acct. Well with the CEO Valerie Dawson not anywhere around people are NOT getting paid their money. Then on Paid Typings website they copied things from the Paid Response site to put on Paid Typing. Paid Typing hasn't even lauched and they have a testimonial page to show what people have made. How in the heck do you show testimonials making up to $1000.00/wk when they are Brand New? SCAM Paid Typing also has Live Help: But they must be DEAD because it says "leave message, live help unavailable" I've left a message everyday now from 4/1-4/25/03 and I have never rec'd a reply back from them. I don't know where the money went to for Paid Typing. Since the CEO Andrew Thurman can't be bothered to answer emails about getting a refund, I've started the process with paypal to recoup my money and then I'm going after Paid Response (Valerie Dawson) to recoup my money. I will NOT recruit new typists for either one of these companies. I REFUSE to be the one that ruins somebody elses livelihood or SCAMS somebody. I have a conscious! I have stopped posting ads as of 3 weeks ago with Paid Response. Some of the employees there seem to NOT care that the site is Advertising Falsely. They're out to make their money and scam other people I guess to get them to sign up for Paid Response and Paid Typing. We did hear from the GM of Paid Response Thursday 4/24/03, that Ms Valerie Dawson would be back today 4/25/03 to get the site for Paid Typing up and running and it should be running as of Monday 4/28/03 and then supposedly she is going to work on Paid Response this weekend to clean up all of the False Advertising. It's a little bit too late for that. Then I find out that Valerie's Fiance (Craig) is gathering all the info of the people that signed up for Paid Typing. What does he have to do with all this - I never heard of the guy, he's NOT involved with Paid Typing. I don't think that's ethical to have somebody, nobody knows going thru peoples receipts, emails to see who signed up! There's something VERY WRONG HERE! Okay, that's for all. I'm sure I will have more to add later. But for now everybody - I'm Trying to WARN YOU, DO NOT SIGN UP FOR PAID TYPING OR PAID RESPONSE. You will regret it! (I'm sure some of the employees at Paid Response will have a rebuttal for this) The ones that Val has been SO GOOD TO are defending her left & right saying non of this is her fault. Then who's is it, she was the one that recruited her employees to sign up for Paid Typing! There are some of the people at Paid Response that are in tears, depressed, angry, frustrated and BROKE because of these 2 companies and 2 people! Now does anybody have any suggestions what I can do next to get the word out about PAID TYPING & PAID RESPONSE? Or if I can contact other agencies like the District Attorney or something?
