I was directed to clericalgear.com looking for work at home companies. Their website was very appealing as it stated that there were several types of typing assignments. I sent them my money ($68.00) for their "doubleduo" package, and after obtaining my user name and password I entered the site to find that they only offered work to type ads in free classifieds. There were no other typing assignments listed. I immediately requested a refund via email.
I received a response from Lexi advising me to email Judy at cusomercare. I did so and still have not received any response from Judy, nor a refund. I paid via paypal and do not know how to apply to them, although I have heard that it is impossible to get them to intervene for me.
