Once you buy from them forget about any chance of returning the item. If you open it, they'll accuse you of using the item and based on that won't let you return it. Their 100% satisfaction policy is a way to make you think you can return the item if you don't like it, but in reality they won't let you. They don't care about you being satisfied, they only care about your money.
