Dave Nathan or Gene of Meridian will call for voice, data, cabling or phone system work. They will pay on time to gain your confidence. They begin to send more and more volume but pay less and less. Then they start lowering payment amounts and frequency. Then when they do pay you they flood you with work worth double what they paid and promise to send additional funds.
Eventually the checks start bouncing (they wrote us 2 bad checks).. Then they stop paying altogether even though you have been working out their payment options for months with them. Basically they run up a huge bill, write you bad checks to keep you waiting for payments and then after they ruin you good name with your vendors, they drop you like yesterdays news and find another patsy. They have burned several individuals and companies.
They also pay lawyers to call and negotiate the debt on their behalf but this is just a stall tactic and the lawyer the use is only paid to make calls or send a letter.
Stay FAR away from Meridian they will rip you off.
