You are required to take this pathetic 15 question test to qualify even though you answer no to all the questions and do your worse you pass regardless.
And I quote "we offer all the support you need - so don't worry if you have a problem - we are here for you."
YA F*KING RIGHT!!! All it does is reply your email back to you with 9 FAQ's that have nothing to do with you question or problem; and just keep sending the same one. There is no live person that you talk to. EVER.
And I also quote "if for any reason you are unhappy with the program you are entitled to a refund however you have to try the system for at least 4 weeks."
I keep emailing them and asking for my refund but keep getting the FAQ's with the instructions on what to do when you get the software downloaded and quotes the same " we are here for you bulls*t" send to me that have nothing to do with my problem!?!?
Says that if it doesn't answer my questios, emial them at [email protected] but all they do is send you the FAQ's again and again and agian... Defaulted to the same s*t every time.
Waste of my time!!!
I still haven't got my refund of $14.95 cdn.
They will not answer personally any of your emails that you send them!!! What do they have to hide!??!...
