Charged my debit card for membership. 3 days later, nothing!

I signed up for a membership to Data Positions. The company charged $39.95 to my debit card. I was then sent to Data Cash Members site.

I followed the intructions for registration and use, but felt the system was not for me.

The company has a 45 day money back guarantee. When I tried to contact them, I received no response. I have contacted them several times a day for the last 3 days with nothing.

I decided to cancel and the site sends me to another unauthorized site. There is no contact phone number or mailing address to find anywhere. I do have a transaction number, that does not seem to be getting a response as well.

I've only been a member for 3 days, so I think I fall well within the 45 day trial period.
